Energy Program was developed as an introduction to physical activity for children ages 5-7. We create a fun atmosphere that makes exercise seem like fun and games while improving their health and wellness. The objective is moving more through a hybrid of movement skills, stability and conditioning. The child is introduced to movement and exercise fundamentals while having a blast in our 50 minute classes that will keep your little ones engaged and active the entire time through a variety of interactive exercises and games designed to increase coordination, cardiovascular fitness and movement abilities.
Our Solutions Phase is perfect for ages 8-11 who want increase their fitness level. The solutions phase takes the basics of youth fitness increases the demands and produces results for our growing youth. The solutions phase introduces athletic based training to improve stamina agility and strength. Our 50 minute classes include varieties of speed, agility and strengthening exercises that result in a well rounded, fun programs great for beginning athletes AND non athletes.
Our Power Phase is designed for athletes and non athletes ages 12 and up. The power phase is about building a strong base through increased physical activity and efforts. As youth grow and develop they become capable of more strenuous training. This phase is for the young athlete looking to take their performance to the next level OR the youth who want to work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With continued participation this 50 minute class will increase strength power and spatial awareness.
Program is for all athletes and aspiring athletes.
BENEFITS FOR THE ATHLETE:
It helps the athletes who have never done training based activities process certain movements through their nervous system and ultimately help the nervous system fire quicker.
When the athletes reaches their field of play or start participating in competitive activity they will get more rapid reaction times and stronger ad more balanced movements.
Provides guidance on what it takes to be a student athlete early in athletic career to better prepare athletes for future in athletics.
